Account management
It is important to remember that your bill covers services provided by the hospital, such as your room, nursing care, meals, housekeeping and linen. It may also include services ordered by your physician, such as x-rays, laboratory tests, medical supplies and oxygen. The bill does not include charges for your personal physician, surgeon, anesthesiologist, pathologist, emergency physician, radiologist, or other physician consultants. You will receive separate bills from these physicians.
To reach us directly about billing questions, please contact the patient account services number at (800) 361-3974, or visit our MyHealthONE patient portal. You may also view our helpful patient financial resources.

The DAISY award
You are at the center of everything we do and we're constantly striving to improve the way we deliver care. In this pursuit, if you believe you have received exceptional care from one of your nurses, you can nominate them for the DAISY Award. Part of the International DAISY Award Program, this international recognition program honors and celebrates exceptional nurses, including the skillful, compassionate nurses at our hospital.
Many of our nurses have also been recognized by the Houston Chronicle Top 100 Nurses program and the Good Samaritan Foundation for Excellence in Nursing. We highly value feedback, so be sure to let us know if our nurses are doing well.
